Huruma Aids Concern and Care (HACOCA), a registered non-governmental organization based in Morogoro, Tanzania, invites qualified firms and professionals to submit proposals for the full rebranding of HACOCA. The assignment will include redesigning the organization’s visual identity, logo, website, communication materials, and brand guidelines to better reflect HACOCA’s mission, vision, and values.
Scope of Work
The selected firm/consultant will be expected to:
- Develop a refreshed and modern brand identity aligned with HACOCA’s mission.
- Redesign the official logo and provide multiple variations for digital and print use.
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines (colors, typography, imagery, usage).
- Redesign and update HACOCA’s official website (www.hacoca.or.tz) for improved functionality, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Design branded templates (letterheads, reports, social media kits, presentation slides, brochures, and banners).
- Provide training and handover to HACOCA staff on the use of the new brand assets.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested firms/consultants must provide:
- Company/consultant profile with relevant experience in branding and communications.
- At least 3 samples of similar work done for NGOs or development organizations.
- CVs of key team members/consultants involved in the assignment.
- Valid business registration and tax compliance certificates.
- Detailed technical and financial proposal.
